How to reach Foreman — support, billing and privacy contacts, who operates the service, and what to do about an unfamiliar charge.
Foreman is operated by FOP Yaroslav Rozumnyi, a sole proprietorship registered in Ukraine. We are a small team and we answer our own email.

Support and billing
contact@foremanapps.com — anything about the application, your subscription, an invoice, or a refund. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Privacy and data requests
privacy@foremanapps.com — access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and anything else covered by our Privacy Policy. We respond within the 30 days the GDPR requires.
A charge you don't recognise
Paid plans are sold by Creem, our merchant of record, so the charge opens with CREEM on your statement rather than our own name. You can look up any order with the email you paid from at https://creem.io/my-orders/login. If that does not settle it, email contact@foremanapps.com before opening a bank dispute — we can resolve it faster than a chargeback can.
What to include
- the email address on your account;
- for billing questions, the order reference from your Creem receipt;
- for bug reports, your Foreman version and macOS version — and please do not paste source code or anything confidential, we do not need it and would rather not hold it.
