Refund Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for Foreman Pro, billed monthly by card through Creem — including the 14-day EU/UK right of withdrawal.

Foreman is operated by FOP Yaroslav Rozumnyi. Pro access is a monthly card subscription at $19 per month, sold through Creem, our merchant of record. Creem operates the checkout, handles your card details and is the seller on your receipt — we never see or store your card number.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not cut your access short. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account then reverts to the free plan.

Nothing on your own computer is affected. Foreman keeps running on one machine, and your projects, sessions, transcripts and history stay on your disk exactly as they were — they were never on our servers to begin with. You lose only the multi-machine features the paid plan unlocks.

2. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of your first purchase. Where that right applies we refund the amount paid in full. Ask by email within the 14 days and we will not quibble about it.

3. Other refunds we give

  • You were charged but did not get access — if a payment completed and your plan was not upgraded, that is our problem to fix. Contact us and we will either grant the access you paid for or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
  • Duplicate charges — if you were billed twice for the same period, we refund the duplicate.
  • A renewal you tried to cancel — if you cancelled and were charged anyway because something on our side failed, we refund that charge in full.

4. What we do not refund

Outside the cases above we do not refund partially-used periods: the paid features are available in full from the moment your plan is upgraded, not gradually over the month. Try the free plan first — it is not a trial that expires, it is a permanent tier, and it is there precisely so you can decide before paying.

We also do not refund on the basis of what an agent produced. Foreman supervises coding agents you run under your own account with their provider; it does not write the code itself, and we make no promise about the quality, correctness or usefulness of any agent's output. Separately, we cannot refund what you spend with Anthropic, OpenAI or any other provider — you pay them directly, we never receive that money and have no way to return it.

Where your local consumer-protection law grants you a wider right than this policy does, that law takes precedence over anything written here.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@foremanapps.com from the address on your account, within the applicable window, quoting the order reference from your Creem receipt. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned by Creem to the original card — we cannot send one anywhere else — and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Charges you don't recognise

Because Creem is the merchant of record, a Foreman charge opens with CREEM on your statement rather than our own name. That is the usual reason a charge looks unfamiliar. You can look up any Creem order with the email you paid from at https://creem.io/my-orders/login.

If you still believe a charge is wrong, email contact@foremanapps.com before opening a dispute with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback can, and you keep your account either way.
